Ages 11 & over (*11- and 12-year-olds must have both coaches permission to be admitted to this group)

Must be able to swim 3000 yards Freestyle continuously

Swim a 400-yard Individual Medley (IM) legally

Swim 200 yards of each stroke legally

Year-round swimming is strongly encouraged
