Ages 13 & over (Swimmers not in high school must have three 15 & over Zone time standards to be allowed in this group)

Swimmers are expected to attend all afternoon practices

Must have Coaches permission to be in this group

This group is for serious swimmers that also do a fall sport

90% practice requirement is required to move in to the National Group and must meet the Times standard
