Eric joined the KEY Coaching Staff in Sept 1998. A
former YMCA swimmer, Eric also swam for Wright State
University and is the Head Coach of the Valley View
Spartans high school team. His extensive experience
mentoring under former KEY Head Coach, Gary
Galbreath, along with his own ideas and plans for
the future success of the KEY Team, served to make
him uniquely qualified to take over the helm of KEY
Swimming.

Clint
Bostick
Current groups:
National, Gold
Years coaching: 10+
Clint joined the KEY coaching staff in Sept 2006. He
is entering his 30th year of education, and has been
a Guidance Counselor for Piqua City Schools for the
last 15. His most recent coaching experience was as
the Head Coach for the Miami County YMCA Swim Team
from 2002 to 2006. He has coached swimmers at all
levels, including several current league record
holders, YMCA Top 16 and YMCA National finalists.
Clint's primary focus with KEY will be assisting
with the National and Gold practice groups.

Siobhan
Hicks

Years coaching: 5+
Siobhan joined the KEY coaching staff in Sept 2004.
She has her masters degree in Special Education and
is currently teaching at Miamisburg High School. Her
coaching experiences include Fairborn H.S.,
Miamisburg H.S. and the Four Seasons Swim Club.
Siobhan is currently responsible for the Kingfish
and White Groups.

Lauren Penrod
Current groups:

Years coaching: 1
Lauren joined the KEY coaching staff in April of
2008. She has swam competitely for 19 years.
Swimming for the University of Evansville as well as
the Arcanum Swim Team, the Miami County YMCA and
Darke County YMCA. She coached the Arcanum
Swim Team for 3 years and the Darke County
YMCA swim team for 1.

Justin
Stepp
Current

Years coaching: 1
This is Justin's
first year coaching at KEY. He began swimming at the
age of three at the Kettering YMCA, and have swum
for numerous teams since. During high school he swam
for the Beavercreek YMCA where he received high
school All-American Consideration, was a two time
state qualifier, and 2 time YMCA National qualifier.
He continued his swimming career at Wright State
University specializing in breaststroke and
freestyle. He was the head swim coach at Cardinal
Hill for 1 year and Greene Valley for 2 years. He is
currently a senior business major at Wright State
University majoring in Finance and Management
Information Systems.

Lacey Zimmerman
Current

Years coaching: 1
Lacey joined the KEY
coaching staff in April 2008. She is currently
attends Wright State University. Lacey has
several years experience as a swimmer at the
Germantown Gators and swam her senior year for Head
Coach Eric at Valley View High School in
Germantown.

Zwick
Current

Years coaching: 4
Emily joined the KEY
coaching staff in Sept 2005. She is currently
attends Miami University in Middletown, where she is
studying Physical Education and Health. Emily has
twelve years experience as a swimmer at both
Beavercreek YMCA and Cardinal Hill Swim Team in
Beavercreek. Her coaching experience includes four
years at Cardinal Hill Swim Team.
